 Union minister caught urinating in the open:  It's a photograph that should put the government to shame, never mind the minister involved. 

Despite the government's push towards a cleaner India with its Swachh Bharat initiative and continued rhetoric over the number of states that claim to be open-defecation free, a minister in the Narendra Modi government was caught urinating in the open.

Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh was caught urinating in public, in a photo, which is being widely shared on social media.

The minister can be seen urinating against a wall near his car while his security detail stand guard.

The photo was taken during the minister's visit to Motihari in Bihar.

The Bihar government has set an ambitious deadline to make the state open defecation-free by 2019.
