What's The Best Temperature for Civilization?

Do you have any thoughts? Was this complete nonsense? How DO you use a little can opener? I should also have mentioned that climates have changed in many places across the globe so this map might not be 100% accurate in depicting the temperatures across ancient civilizations while they were still civilizations. I really meant to mention this in the video but alas, here I am writing it in the comments instead.
